Religious and spiritual gatherings
Katha, jagran, a camp, or a shared puja: devotion with a clear order.
At a religious gathering the crowd and the mantra arrive together. Whether it is a katha, the Sundarkand, or a camp of a few days, decide first how many people the place can hold safely, and who will recite. A puja at home and a public assembly do not ask for the same preparation.
This page is not an advertisement for a sect. Pratishthaan states the general frame: sankalp, recitation, prasad, and the closing. Do not add what your tradition does not keep, only to raise the numbers. In the request, write the city, a hoped-for date, and the name of the gathering.
This is a general introduction. Sequence, materials, and timing change with family, region, and shakha. Your priest and your own custom have the last word.
