Wedding and marriage events

From the engagement to the farewell, so the rite is not lost in the celebration.

When Through the days of engagement, garlanding, the seven steps, and the farewell.
Region Both families, bride and groom

A wedding is one house's celebration and also the meeting of two families. The decoration can be large, but the seven steps, the kanyadaan, and each family's own custom are not small. One manual should not be forced on both. Ask first what each family holds essential.

Pratishthaan is not a shop for the mandap. We write the order: what happens before the fire, what happens among the guests, and what stays with the family alone. The final muhurat remains with your jyotishi or priest. In the request, write the city, the likely month, and the shakha of both families.

This is a general introduction. Sequence, materials, and timing change with family, region, and shakha. Your priest and your own custom have the last word.
